Square Enix just released a new trailer for "Life is Strange" season finale which will be available on PlayStations 3 and 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360, and in PC. Titled "Polarized," the final episode will be available on Oct. 20 according to GameSpot.

"Max learns that time is impossible to control as she moves inexorably towards the most agonizing decision of her life,"A description regarding "Life is Strange" season finale said, as quoted by the source.

"Arcadia Bay, meanwhile, is preparing to weather a huge storm as Life is Strange comes to a gripping and gut wrenching conclusion," it also added.

As the season finale of "Life is Strange" approaches anytime starting now, the Japanese game publisher revealed that the game surpassed one million sales since it began in January this year, making it a huge achievement for the small team who worked on its development.

Contrary to the typical themes of dating/action games where the plot is told from the perspective of the pursuer, "Life is Strange" instead focuses on the pursued - in the perspective of an 18-year-old girl named Max, who discovers that she has the ability to rewind time at any moment she wishes which leads to her choice to create the butterfly effect according to a review from Eurogamer.

At present, "Life is Strange" has four episodes available. The last episode titled "Dark Room" was released in July 28, where Max and Chloe explored the secrets of Arcadia Bay and towards the end of it, the consequences of her power slowly unfolds.

The game was developed by Dontnod Entertainment. It received positive reviews from critics and won the Develop Industry Excellence Award this year. It also received nominations at the Golden Joystick Awards such as Best Original Game, Storytelling, Audio, Gaming Moment and Performance.

The said developer also revealed to include a patch to fix minor bugs in the video game series along with the release of "Life is Strange" season finale.
