NBC Entertainment New SVP Officially Appointed; Who Takes The Spot?
NBC Entertainment has currently announced that they have appointed a new senior vice president of entertainment publicity and that is none other than Lesley Cerwin. She happily obliges to take on the high position.
After seeing the efforts of Lesley Cerwin on NBC's segment "The Voice" and among other TV segments she has handled for publicity, NBC Entertainment has announced that Cerwin will be promoted to SVP of entertainment publicity.
As for Lesley Cerwin, there has been no comment from her, but according to fans, she seemed more than willing to take on the job since it is her specialty. She has been in the publicity industry for a while now and has vast experience of it, they added.
NBC Entertainment New SVP Lesley Cerwin was the Press Release executive who leads the charge for NBC's segment "The Voice" for a while now. She also supervises the PR section of the Peacock's alternative division. She works closely with the alternative and late-night programing chief Paul Telegdy, and executive Vice President Meredith Ahr.
With the role as a supervisor, Cerwin has directed all of the publicity efforts for many NBC segments, particularly "The Voice", "American Ninja Warrior", "The Biggest Loser", and "Hollywood Game Night". She also handled the publicity efforts for the annual Golden Globe awards telecast, and other specials, according to the Variety.
NBC Entertainment New SVP Lesley Cerwin started at NBC way back in 2005. She was the director of publicity at that time and handled NBC TV series like "Las Vegas", and "Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip". Before she worked for NBC, Cerwin worked at Universal Television, and Buena Vista Television. On Universal Television, she worked on the pilots of "The Office", and "House" according to Deadline.
It also seems her LinkedIn account has already been updated to her current position right now as Senior Vice President of Publicity for NBC Entertainment.
