"One Punch Man" fans are eager to learn news about the plot of the manga-turned anime show's season 2.

Various theories are circulating on the internet about the show's storyline for season 2, and if it will be loyal to the plot of its manga version.

"After the defeat of Lord Boros, the first season's final enemy, the next arc in the manga is the Hero Hunter Arc, which involves the emergence of the series' most powerful villain to date, Garou," HNGN reported in an update article.

"In the manga, Garou was Bang or Silver Fang's former disciple who eventually lost his way. What is particularly interesting is that Garou and Saitama are two sides of the same coin - just people who happen to go far beyond what humans are capable of becoming," the article continued.

Will Garou be the main antagonist in "One Punch Man" season 2? Another news article offered a different villain.
