Adele’s Tour Secret To Her Weight Loss? ‘Hello’ Singer Shows Transformation At Grammys
Adele showed off the results of her weight loss regimen during the Grammys 2016 when she posed at the red carpet wearing nearly the same dress she wore back in 2012.
During the Grammys, Adele face was obviously showing off some cheekbones while her waist was accentuated by corset-like top.
Adele once famously said that she's not going to lose the weight just because she's under the spotlight.
"I'm not going to lose weight because someone tells me to. I make music to be a musician, not to be on the cover of Playboy," she said.
But what's Adele's secret to her weight loss?
In fact, there's not big secret, according to Vogue magazine.
"Adele is healthier than she has ever been. As well as the litany of foods and drink she has to avoid to protect her throat, she has given up the Marlboro Lights that she used to more or less chain-smoke, and has almost given up alcohol," it said.
The "Hello" hitmaker said that the decision to be healthier was for her "to get some stamina" for her tour.
"So I lost a bit of weight. Now I fit into normal, off-the-shelf clothes-which is a really big problem for me!" she added.
But there's more to Adele's weight loss secret than just stopping smoking and drinking, according to another report.
The Sun on a Sunday talked to trainer Pete Geracimo who shared the weight loss secret of Adele.
"Modified Strongman Workout is one of the fastest and most efficient ways of getting results," he said. "It trains a wide cross-section of muscle groups and is very effective in boosting your metabolism and fat burning."
The trainer's specializes in "circuits, high-intensity workouts, hill sprinting and working out in water."
As a result of the training, Adele reportedly lost around 30 pounds from her previous weight.
