Samsung Reveals Details About Galaxy S7 Edge Specs, Color Options, Release Date [VIDEO]

Photos and specs of the newest Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge have been leaked online, showing three different colors and the size of the new smartphones.

In a few days, Samsung is expected to unveil its two newest smartphones Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. But speculations about the specs of the phone have been making rounds after images of the new devices leaked in the Internet.

The Phone-Probe reported that the next Galaxy will be released in a few days from now. Evan Blass has leaked the specifications of the upcoming phone in the market.

"Both of which will include a QHD AMOLED display, 12 megapixel rear-facing camera, and a microSD card slot," Phone-Probe wrote in a post.

Evan blass posted the actual pictures of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung galaxy S7 Edge design and colors on Twitter.

"Best viewed at full size: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CbIUSlpWcAQsCWG.jpg:orig," Blass tweeted another photo of the devices on February 14.

Gizmodo also posted a teaser on how the new devices works. It shows that the new phone is waterproof, wireless charging, large screens and both devices have low-light photography.

Samsung offers the new devices in Black, White, Silver, and Gold colors. The screen of S7 Edge will be curved in edges with 5.5" display screen while S7 will remain at 5.1" in size. The phones will be having bigger batteries, S7 will include a 3000mAh battery, up from the S6's 2550mAh.  

"Both the S7 and S7 Edge will likely retain the same resolution (qHD 1440 x 2560) as their predecessors," The Verge reported.

Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge specs will be announced officially by Samsung on February 22.
