Emilia Clarke Almost Did Not Make It To 'Game Of Thrones' Season 6! Sophie Turner Talks
Emilia Clarke recently narrated how the filming for the upcoming season 6 of "Game of Thrones" got her and the rest of the cast almost killed.
The British actress revealed that the new season will feature the most dramatic plot the series has ever seen, rising expectations of all the fans of the drama series.
"Legitimately, this season almost killed us," Clarke told E! Online at the SAG Awards. "Like, it is epic, it is huge, it's insane and it's silly."
The revelations from the 29-year-old actress have given rise to speculations that the new season 6 of the television series will focus more on the dragons with an interesting and epic storyline for all the characters, The Independent reported.
Meanwhile, as HBO is trying to keep the storyline from being revealed, one of the lead actresses, Sophie Turner, has also spilled some beans on her role in the new season 6 of the "Game of Thrones" series.
"It's probably her best season yet," Turner told Entertainment Weekly. of her character Sansa Stark.
"It's her really coming into her own. She really commands the respect that she deserves and she grabs hold of it and she runs with it and it's really good. Sansa is finally getting that storyline that you've been craving for the past five seasons."
Also, there are speculations that Sansa will finally be showcased as a strong and independent person and will make her own decisions in the upcoming season 6 of "Game of Thrones."
Additionally, The Hollywood Reporter claimed that most of the storyline of the new season will focus on the Starks lineage.
Further, the season 6 of "Game of Thrones" is also expected to reveal the survival of Jon Snow.
Emilia Clarke will reprise her role as Daenerys Targaryen and Sophie Turner will be seen as Sansa Stark in the upcoming season 6 of the fantasy series.
The epic fantasy-drama series, "Game of Thrones" is slated to be aired on April 24, 2016.
