Former Maxim model and candidate of Miss Maxim Korea 2014, Kim Miso, has decided to ditch her modelling career and become a full-fledged policewoman, reported Daily Mail on Wednesday.

Next Shark also noted on Sept. 25 that 25-year-old Miso studied at the Central Police Academy and is now officially a police officer at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Department.

Miso has reportedly shared a photo of herself wearing a police uniform on her Instagram account recently, receiving approvals and compliments from fans for her beautiful face, and of course, her career move. This has prompted the South Korean media to dub her as the "most beautiful police officer in South Korea."

With several photos of the former model wearing revealing bikinis with provocative poses, alongside her police uniform photo, her profile on the Maxim website seems to have been removed by the international men's magazine company.

It was then that the Central Police Academy of South Korea confirmed her completion of their training and is now hired at the police department in Seoul.

These days, more and more models and model-looking people are securing professional and permanent jobs.

In March, a male police officer in Chongqing, south west China allegedly halted a marathon temporarily and unexpectedly, as female runners mistakenly regarded him as a celebrity and crowded around the policeman to take pictures of and with him.

A female butcher in Taiwan also turned famous overnight as people lined up over at her family's meat stall just to see her in hopes of getting her number.

Another overnight sensation in Taiwan also emerged, when a bean curd seller attracted the social media with his handsome face, chiseled jaw and six-pack abdomen.

A beautiful woman with toned physique even became famous in Brazil as "Sweeper Babe" for being a street sweeper in Rio De Janeiro.

At the end of the day, these people are just regular beings trying to work a decent job just like all others.
