Andy Murray lost to his greatest rival, Novak Djokovic, once again at the recent Australian Open but the world's no. 2 doesn't seem too upset. And that's because he has wife Kim Sears, and their coming baby, to come home to.

After his defeat at the Australian Open finals, where the Serbian dominated the Scot on the score of 6-1 7-5 7-6(3), Andy Murray couldn't help but choke up tears as he was overcome with emotion.

"To my wife Kim, you have been a legend the last two weeks," he told the crowd.

For his part, Novak Djokovic paid respect to the Scot "for having another great tournament."

"I'd like to wish you and Kim a very happy and healthy delivery of your baby. I hope you will experience a feeling like no other because that's what happened to me," he added.

Andy Murray also promised wife Kim Sears during his speech that he would be on the next flight to Heathrow.

Meanwhile, during the press conference at the sidelines of the Australian Open, Andy Murray revealed that he has been preparing for the arrival of the baby with wife Kim Sears "commando-style."

"I got given what is actually quite a small book, it is quite a famous one I think," he told reporters, per Herald Scotland.

"It is from an ex-army guy who has written it. It is quite small so you can fit it in your pocket, but there is a lot of stuff in it," he added. "It's more being about prepared for stuff and not going in to it with no preparation."

So, what is the preparation all about?

"Making sure you have everything ready in the house so that when the baby comes home, you are not having to go out and buy loads of stuff so that it is all ready to go," Andy Murray explained.

Andy Murray's wife Kim Sears is expected to deliver this week.
