‘Lip Kit By Kylie’ Inspired From A Dog? Kylie Jenner Reveals Secret To Her Lipstick Product

Kylie Jenner, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan might just be the most successful in the beauty products department, thanks to her ever famous pouty lips. 

But possessing such attractive puckers isn't exactly the inspiration behind "Lip Kit by Kylie" - or at least, one of its shades called "Dolce K."

On Thursday, Jan. 28, Kylie Jenner posted a photo of her younger self holding an adorable little Chihuahua dog.

"Dolce -- the reason I named one of my first lip kits "dolce k," Kylie Jenner wrote on Instagram.

"Dolce was my childhood dog and I was obsessed with him!" Kylie Jenner explained. "He still holds a special place in my heart, which is why I named Dolce K from the Kylie Lip Kit after him."

Unfortunately, Dolce went missing when Kylie was 12 years old, Teen Vogue reported. 

Well, obviously, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star's childhood fur baby brought good luck as "Lip Kit by Kylie" always gets sold out just hours after new batches are released.

In fact, the demand for Kylie Jenner-esque lips is so high that when "Lip Kit by Kylie" became available for order, the "KUWTK" star's website crashed from too much traffic.

In addition to that, fans have been complaining about shipping mishaps on the part of KING KYLIE, LLC. Despite this, Kylie Jenner's lip kit continue to be one of the hottest beauty products nowadays.

Recently, Kylie Jenner announced a brand new addition to the existing "Lip Kit by Kylie" colors. 

On Jan. 13, the "KUWTK" star asked the help of her Twitter fans in naming the new, pink color to join her lip shades, Dolce K, True Brown K and Candy K.

"Guys, thank you so much for all your entries I loved them all... but my favorite was "Posie K" by Shelby Tyler!" Jenner announced.

Later on, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner posted a selfie while wearing the brand new "Lip Kit by Kylie" color.

"Ring around the rosie pocket full of POSIE," she wrote.
