‘Gravity Falls’ Does Not End In Finale Since It Will Continue But In Different Forms?
As everyone is already getting excited to see the finale of "Gravity Falls," a Disney XD series, some might still be thinking about the possibility of having it extended.
While several followers have aired their disappointment relative to the series' ending, Disney Publishing has something to offer which might just make them feel better.
To those who are religiously following the show, they must have seen the journal.
According to The Slanted, fans can already expect the release of "Gravity Falls: Journal 3" by July this year. Thus, this will come out around five months after the highly-anticipated "Weidmageddon 3: Take Back The Falls" episode on Feb. 15.
As described by the site, the book that will be out after the "Gravity Falls" finale "appears within the TV series and is an integral part of the 'Gravity Falls' story."
Despite the fact that the release is still a few months away, the outlet revealed that the animated series' fans can already place their order even this early in order to be the first to get hold of it.
In the meantime, it was also disclosed that a game will also be released shortly after the airing of "Gravity Falls" finale.
"Additionally, the new interactive game 'Gravity Falls: Take Back The Falls' allowing players to help Dipper and Mabel save the world, will launch on WATCH Disney XD in mid-February," it stated.
Meanwhile, it can be noted that the upcoming ending to the story of the Pines, Mabel and Dipper, the report reiterated that there will be a 68-hour marathon starting on Feb. 12 prior to the one-hour telecast of "Gravity Falls" finale which is also called "Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back The Falls."
On the other hand, it can be recalled that show creator Alex Hirsch told Variety earlier this month that he is "cooking up some brand-new weirdness," which will be shown after the "Gravity Falls" finale.
