‘Devious Maids’ Season 4 Cast Eva Longoria Confirmed? James Denton Also Set To Appear!

A "Desperate Housewives" reunion is reported to happen as Eva Longoria and James Denton will reportedly be joining the cast of "Devious Maids" season 4.

It's been three years since "Desperate Housewives" went off-air and fans said goodbye to their favorite characters. It has also been years since Eva Longoria worked alongside any of her former cast-mates -- up until now!

According to TV Line, former "Desperate Housewives" co-stars Eva Longoria and James Denton are set to join the cast of Lifetime's "Devious Maids'" in its season 4 run.

Denton will reportedly play the role of Peter, "a charming head of a movie studio who falls hard and fast into a new relationship," Deadline reported.

Aside from Eva Longoria's alleged role, off-cam, the 40-year-old actress plays a pivotal role as its executive producer.

According to Latina Post, some of "Devious Maids'" creators are the same team that worked on "Desperate Housewives," including Marc Cherry and executive producers, Brian Tanen and Sabrina Wind.

Eva Longoria and James Denton will also be joined by Latin American actress, Sol Rodriguez, who will play the recurring role of Daniela, "a sexy, fun, and unpredictable Latina in her 20's who loves to stir the pot."

Back in September 2015, Variety reported that the series will be renewed for a 4th season.

"'Devious Maids' is a steady hit that continues to deliver for us," said Liz Gateley, Lifetime's EVP of Programming.

"It has found a loyal audience that is socially engaged with the show," Gateley commented. "The entire writing and production team worked hard to up the storytelling this year and the cast delivered great performances, so the show just gets better and better. I am very excited to renew it for another season."

Production for "Devious Maids" season 4 will reportedly begin later this month, with the cast appearing for filming.
