Expect the "Legends of Tomorrow" cast to expand soon as executive producer Marc Guggenheim revealed some spoilers saying they are set to add another DC character to the show, an iconic one at that.

Western comic book anti-hero Jonah Hex is among the characters the time-traveling team will run into in their missions.

"Ever since we decided that Legends would involve time travel, we were eager to do a story set in the Old West," executive producer Marc Guggenheim told Entertainment Weekly. "But if you're going to do a story set in the DC Universe version of the Old West, you simply must include Jonah Hex in it. We're thrilled about bringing another well known, beloved DC character to television."

The "Legends of Tomorrow" crew are expected to cast an actor for the role soon.

Jonah Hex was born post-Civil War. He is a surly and cynical bounty hunter who is famous for his marksmanship and of course, his trademark scar on the face. He is also not really a stranger to time traveling as he, too, have joined several adventures that defied the concept of time. The most notable of this was during the "Crisis on Infinite Earths."

The cast member the show will be searching is not just for Jonah Hex. At least two young boys and two old men might also join "Legends of Tomorrow" as executive producer Greg Berlanti said there is a 100% chance audiences will see the past and future versions of Barry Allen and Oliver Queen.

"It's intermittent throughout," Berlanti said during the Television Critics Association panel. "Because they're a band of time traveling rogues, it's harder for Arrow and Flash to be connected story wise to it throughout the season. That being said, if you know the histories of Arrow and Flash, it should be extra fun in its own way as we delve deeper and deeper into the characters lives."

As of press time, "Legends of Tomorrow" cast members include Caity Lotz, Brandon Routh, Wentworth Miller, Victor Garber, Dominic Purcell, Ciara Renee, and Arthur Darvill.

The "Legends of Tomorrow" release date is scheduled on Jan. 21.
