The "Body on Me" singer Rita Ora was recently dissed by her former protégé in "The Voice" as she said that she was left with nothing when she was kicked out of the competition.

The 25-year-old British "X Factor" coach, who formerly judged "The Voice" UK, was said to have left former protégé Karis Thomas without any contacts.

"After the show it's like you're on your own, left with no contacts," the former contestant and mother-of-two told Wales Online.

Last year, the "Body on Me" singer Rita Ora has a lot of praises for Karis Thomas on the BBC1 talent show where she judged for its series 4.

"For me this is a really important show because I see someone who is so young, so talented and has a soul that's so old," The "Fifty Shades of Grey" cast member told Digital Spy, as report by The Sun newspaper. "She's very special - I really want you guys to watch out for her. Her name is Karis Thomas - really gorgeous."

After 12 months, the 17-year-old budding singer Karis Thomas said that seeing Ora tell the exact things to her protégé in "X Factor" made her feel more willing to prove her talent.

"When I saw Rita Ora on the X Factor it felt like a bit of the kick in the teeth," the blond singer said. "I saw somebody else's dreams come true and mine fell through the gaps. But I'm working hard to prove I can do it."

"Body on Me" singer, Rita Ora has been a judged of "The Voice" last year before jumping into Simon Cowell's "X Factor" and has mentored 17-year-old Louisa Johnson who was eventually hailed as the grand winner for the "X Factor" UK season 12.
