Bob Arum has teased that Manny Pacquiao's next fight against Timothy Bradley might not really be his last. The Top Rank CEO said he is not closing any door regarding the next move of the eight-division boxing champ.

Before more speculations arise, Pacman has issued a clarification as he insisted that his April bout with Timothy Bradley would indeed be the last of his illustrated career.

"After my fight on April 9th, I'm going to retire from boxing," said the 37-year old Pacquiao according to PhilBoxing.com. "My April 9 fight against Timothy Bradley will be my last. I'm retiring from boxing to focus on my new job."

Bob Arum told reporters he won't sell Manny Pacquiao-Timothy Bradley III as the farewell match for the former saying everything may change.

"I ain't going to sell it as his last fight because six months later, if he decides to fight again, I'm going to look like a [expletive] huckster," Arum told Yahoo Sports. "It could be his last fight, but I've been in this business for 50 years, and I've learned not to believe any of these guys when they say it's their last fight.

Before it was announced who Manny Pacquiao's next fight will be, there were reports that he is chasing tormentor Floyd Mayweather Jr. His own coach, Freddie Roach, also wants Pacman to be dominant in his April fight so they will have bigger chance to get the undefeated American boxer.

"Manny needs to fight, win, come out healthy and show the world his shoulder is 100%," Roach told Los Angeles Times last month. "If he does, I think we can get Mayweather."

The reason why the two might slug it out again? money!

"I don't see Floyd -- and Manny -- leaving all that money on the table," Roach added. "If Manny looks good, even if it's $100 million for Mayweather instead of $300 million, that's a lot of money. The way Mayweather spends money, and the way Manny is so generous with his, I would hate for either to go broke. This is a way for them to not go broke."

Manny Pacquiao, however, said that his conviction on the fight against Timothy Bradley being his last has not wavered, and there's no discussions about a possible Mayweather rematch. "I never said that. Nobody spoke to me about that," Pacquiao said.
