North Korea Reportedly Says It Will Accept Peace Treaty Negotiations With Washington But Rejects Talks On Abandoning Nuclear Program

After the meeting of U.S. President Obama and South Korean President Park on Friday, North Korea released a statement that they are willing to open talks on peace treaty negotiations, but refuses to discuss denuclearization.
