When a Delta Air Lines passenger acted in an obnoxious manner after showing displeasure for getting a seat at the back of a plane and being situated next to a mom and her baby, she ended up threatening to get a mediating flight attendant fired when her demands were not granted. The incident generated mixed reactions from people and cast attention on the need to have in place air travel procedures and training of personnel in dealing with problem customers exhibiting disorderly or abusive conduct.
