BMW i8 2016 Release Date Announced; Car Unveiled At This Year's CES!

The German Car manufacturer BMW unveiled its new Sleek Concept car at CES 2016, the i8 Spyder that has a release date of sometime this year.

With CES happening every January, Automobile manufacturers around the globe showcasing their new products to impress consumers while creating a new wave of technology within the auto industry.

This year, the automobile company has unveiled its new concept car that is expected to be the new gold standard in smart interior technology.

BMW i8 2016 is the company's new sleek concept car that replaces dials with hand-waving technology. The Verge calls it's a beautiful i8 Spyder with ridiculous technology, and the release date has made it trend in the web even more.

The i Vision Future is a concept car that has a sleek exterior that resembles the company's i8 Spyder model of 2012. But what stands out is the technology inside the car apart from tother prototypes. In addition to the bells and whistles, consumers expect touch-sensitive surfaces, voice control and connectivity.

Sensors that recognizes hand gestures- The panorama display caould be operated without the driver having to actually touch the surface. With jus a flick of a wrist, you can call home, navigare directions, or change an album track.

Within the iVision future, the drivers are greeted with an Impressive panorama display mounted on the side-board. You can seamlessly control functions both inside and outside using the AirTouch technology.

While self-parking cars have been around for a while, this isn't just a self-parking car but the company has unveiled its iVision Future Interaction Concept at the conference. Its an almost-real car paired with a lot of almost-real technology.

Parts of these are likely to be in other cars debuting this year. There's certainly an excitement about the near-futureness in this concept car- The future that's close enough to touch and imagine and of course, beautiful!
