Colton Haynes Responds To Rumors About Having A Boyfriend; Actor Talks About His 'Secret Gay Past'

Colton Haynes, who's best known for his portrayal as Jackson Whittemore on the hit TV series "Teen Wolf," was quick to make rounds in social media following news about him addressing a user's comment on Tumblr, who reportedly wrote a comment about discovering his most talked about "secret gay past." So is he finally out in the open with his rumored secret boyfriend?

"When I found out Colton Haynes had a secret gay past, I got excited even though I know it makes absolutely no difference in my life," the user's comment reads, according to E! Online.

Before the controversial comment went viral, Haynes immediately replied on the post and wrote, "Was it a secret? Let's all just enjoy life & have no regrets."

Though the 27-year actor has never clearly admitted that he's gay, rumors claimed that his true sexuality has since been questioned after one racy photo of him as a teenager circulated in social media, wherein he was allegedly photographed making out while totally shirtless with a young man.

Moreover, rumors added that several photos of Haynes had previously circulated wherein he was photographed kissing another man in the March 2006 issue of XY magazine.

Not long after the leaked photos went viral, reports claimed that a lawyer representing Haynes had planned to take legal actions against the websites which posted the supposedly private photos of the actor, according to Quuerty.

"If he is gay, he's trying to keep it secret. But, judging by the photos floating around Tumblr, Haynes was out of the closet, and Hollywood shoved him back in." one site quoted. "We're not in the business of outing anyone, but the photos are .. pretty hot."

Amidst several rumors and people questioning his sexuality, Colton Haynes is being admired by many for promoting gender equality. As of late, the actor has been frequently linked to his "Arrow" co-star Emily Bett Rickards, dispelling rumors about having a boyfriend.
