'Ash Vs Evil Dead' Spoilers: Finale Recap; What To Expect In The New Season?
Not long after the "Ash Vs Evil Dead" season finale titled "Dark One" was aired last January 2, the second instalment for the hit comedy-horror television series is returning soon.
As for the recap, the "Ash Vs Evil Dead" season finale begins with Kelly trying to drag the book out of Pablo's face. Ash is surprised after he knew that Ruby wrote the book. When Ruby gets her chance to take it back, she plans to set everything free from the inside.
Amanda-Deadite comes into view and is apparently attacking Ash using a chainsaw. Kelly on the other side, is dragged down by Ruby while Pablo is being controlled by the book.
Pablo and Ruby are missing on the aftermath, while Ash defeats Amanda after getting his chainsaw back and cuts her off in half from her stomach up. Part of the cliffhangers is the scenario shown in the woods, wherein a classic evil is coming.
Following the bloody "Ash Vs Evil Dead" season 1 finale episode, fans are excited about what's to come for Bruce Campbell's character as Ash in the next season.
Reports claimed that before the season 1 was premiered in late October last year, it was immediately announced that the series has been renewed for its second season, according to Starz.
"One season isn't enough to satisfy the fans' two decade-long appetite for more Ash," Managing Director Carmi Zlotnik said during a press release intended for the series' renewal."
He added, "The early fan and press support, along with the international broadcaster demand for more story have made it clear that the adventures of Ash Williams can't end with season one."
Though there are only a few details and spoilers about what might go down in season, executive producer Craig DiGregorio dished out a couple of interesting points to look out for in the upcoming chapter.
"The first season wraps up everything and it also wraps up nothing. Or rather, it does wrap up something, but it also leaves something else much more open-ended," said DiGregorio.
He continued, "Toward the end of the season, there are some decisions that Ash has to make which either show he's grown three percent as a person and can have relationships with people, or maybe didn't grow at all. So we'll see."
"Ash Vs Evil Dead" is said to resume later in 2016.
