JYJ’s Kim Jun Su And EXID’s Hani Are Reportedly Dating
JYJ's Kim Junsu and EXID's Hani were reportedly spotted by the media having a date by the Han River on Dec. 1. Local news agency Dispatch revealed that the two were together in Junsu's Aston Martin 007 while spending some quiet time together. The news was consequently confirmed by the singers' respective agencies after paparazzi photos of the two surfaced online.
"After the hit song 'Up and Down,' Hani didn't know how to deal with all the sudden changes, but Junsu gave her guidance and they naturally developed a romantic relationship," Hani's agency, Yedang Entertainment, said in a dispatch, as noted by Korea Joongang Daily Monday.
A representative from Junsu's agency, C-JeS Entertainment, also confirmed that the two artists are in a romantic relationship.
"In the beginning, the two began supporting each other in their activities through a sunbae-hoobae relationship and they gradually came to like each other," the representative said, as reported by Soompi Friday. "The fact that the two have recently embarked on a romantic relationship is true."
The agency's representative refused to give further details as they recognize that the subject is a private matter between the couple.
According to reports, the two have been spending time together for the last six months. Junsu reportedly was the first to move towards Hani, whom he admired. Junsu's colleagues reportedly said that the 29-year-old JYJ member fell for Hani's good traits.
A colleague of the two artists also said, "They are total opposites. Junsu is very sensitive, while Hani is very easygoing. You can see this in their fashion. Junsu dresses carefully, while Hani dresses casually."
An insider also revealed that Hani has been a fan of Junsu even when he was still with TVXQ
23-year-old Hani is a member of all-girl group EXID. The five-member ensemble debuted on Feb. 16, 2012 with their album "Holla."
Meanwhile, Junsu started his career in 2003 as a member of boy band TVXQ, his former group under SM Entertainment. Junsu and fellow TVXQ members, Kim Jae Joong and Park Yoo Chun later formed JYJ in 2009 following TVXQ's disbandment.
