According to the latest rumors, the HTC One M10 may not be called as M10 but HTC O2 to segregate it from the HTC One Series given that the last device, HTC M9, was a disaster in sales aspects.
The company is not only seeking to change the HTC One specs and release date but may also baptise it with a new name altogether, said Android Origin.
HTC is looking to salvage its lost sales in 2016 as it hit a terrible rough patch in sales and profit with its HTC One M9 and its variants in the market due to its Snapdragon 810 processor.
The new HTC One M10 specs is said to be showcased as a premium device that may give other phones a run for their money in the tech market.
The new smartphone from HTC boasts of slim curved bezels with a finger print sensor at the back, said Master Herald.
It is expected to have a Quad HD display and a Snapdragon 820 processor with a dedicated graphics card. Most tech critics and anticipants expect it to have a 13 to 20-megapixel camera with certain additional features for imaging and photo-clicking.
According to Gospel Herald, the phone is expected to have Qualcomm's 82X with 3.X GHz octa-core processor resulting in lightning fast processes and enhanced phone performance.
The expected 3500 mAH battery may spell into having a long lasting battery life.
HTC One M10 is still under developmental stages and the company is staggering to announce its release date, which is pretty uncertain so far.
Furthermore, the company is also keeping its HTC M10 release date and specs tightly under wraps due to the market performance pressure.
However, rumors suggest that the phone is expected to be available in the market by end of March 2016, said International Business Times.
