Although he has yet to confirm his presidential bid, United States Vice President Joe Biden is sending a message that he might run for presidency in the upcoming elections.

During the Labor Day parade on Monday, steelworkers have shouted in unison, "Run, Joe, run!" to encourage 72-year-old Biden to which he has answered, "You got to talk to my wife!"

"I am gonna run part of the parade," Biden says - according to CNN's report on Monday. "I feel like I am home right now."

When asked by local business owner Chris Fuget if Biden will announce his presidential bid, the vice president replies, "I haven't made that decision yet."

Biden has delivered a brief speech in front of around 200 union workers with their families. United Steelworkers union chief Leo Gerard praises Biden before introducing him to the crowd. Gerard states that the vice president has never disappointed them.

"Joe Biden has been in the room, he has been the voice of working people in that room," he says.

Biden states during his speech that he is angry about how the workers have been treated in the past years. He gives them the assurance that he'll make sure the middle class has a share of the profits, which the wealthy are enjoying, from increasing productivity.

"It used to be when productivity went up in America, everybody got a chance to share," the vice president says. "They got a piece of the action... Why in God's name should a man or a woman working in a steel mill make $50,000 a year when someone on Wall Street makes millions of dollars a year?"

During his speech, Biden describes tax code as "unfair."

"The tax code's not fair. It's simply not fair. The wealthy aren't paying their fair share. There used to be one America."

Meanwhile, 21st Century Fox and News Corp. Chairman Rupert Murdoch believes that Biden is a tough opponent to defeat if he decides to run.

Murdoch has tweeted on Monday, "Looks like Biden already running. Very likely he wins nomination and be hard to beat."
