Is Katie Holmes Dating Jamie Foxx? Ex Tom Cruise Fighting For Suri's Custody?

Actress and model Katie Holmes, who was previously married to the "Mission Impossible" actor Tom Cruise in 2006, has been rumored to be dating Jamie Foxx. While the dating rumors have continued to make rounds in social media, none of them confirmed the claims.

The dating rumors were believed to have first sparked after Holmes was caught enjoying dinner with Tom Cruise's daughter Suri, Foxx and Foxx's daughter Annalise Bishop at the Honor Bar situated in Beverly Hills.

"They sat on each side of Kate in the booth," said one onlooker, as quoted in New York Daily News. "They were in and out quite quickly, about 30 minutes from about 7:30 p.m."

The source added, "I recognized Bishop but couldn't place her, but my friend whispered over to me, 'OMG that's Jamie Foxx's daughter! We looked up pics on our phone to confirm."

Reports claimed that Holmes has been secretly dating the 48-year old rapper for three years following her breakup with Cruise back in 2012. However, they were only reported dating in March last year after several photos of them holding hands went viral. 

None of the rumors have been confirmed, but some have speculated that the two were in denial to respect Cruise's relationship with Foxx, whom the actor had previously worked with in the movie "Collateral" back in 2004.

On the other hand, the 53-year old actor was rumored fighting for his daughter's custody. According to Classicalite, Cruise wants to equally share Suri's custody with his former wife Katie Holmes.

Reports claimed that Cruise is preparing to take some time off from work to spend more time with Suri. Moreover, reports added that his team of lawyers are also preparing to go against Katie Holmes's custody.

"He's prepared to go to court to ask for more time with Suri." said one source. "Katie will have to gear up for the fight of her life. Tom and Suri's relationship has been pretty dormant, but he's ready to ramp it up."

The former spouses dated in 2005 and announced that they were expecting a baby after six months. Not too long after Holmes gave birth to Suri in 2006, they had tied the knot in November of the same year at the Odescalchi Castle situated in Bracciano, Italy. 

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes broke up in 2012 following their more than five years of marriage.
