BTS Meal To Be Available In The Philippines On June 18, Fans Hyped
It was announced by McDonald's Philippines that the highly anticipated BTS Meal will be available nationwide on June 18. ARMY in the country was thrilled and excited about this news. The management of various branches is doing their efforts to make it safe and organized for everyone to get their meal.
The BTS Meal is considered to be one of BTS' major collaborations yet. Those who will order the "BTS Meal" will have a special paper bag with the BTS logo. The meal contains the following: a 10-piece Chicken McNugget, medium World Famous Fries, Medium-size Coke, and dipping sauces of Sweet Chili and Cajun.
Some branches in the Philippines are now prepping for the launch by placing and decorating their store in purple, the group's main color. "The next couple of weeks will be filled with euphoria, with different reasons to grab the limited time collab on different days!" says McDonald's on their official Twitter account on Friday.
BTS fans in various countries stormed and ordered in their nearest McDonald's branch when the "BTS Meal" was launched.
McDonald's Philippines previously introduced the "Taste Of Korea" menu, which was available for a limited time. The Philippines is home to huge fans of K-Pop and Korean culture. So, it's no surprise the popular international fast-food franchises would ride along the growing K-Wave.
The "Taste of Korea" menu featured two Korean-inspired burgers (K-Beef and K-Chicken), Strawberry Banana Sundae, and Honey Butter Fries. These were available for dine-in, take-out, and delivery in all McDonald's branches in the Philippines.
Their newest song, "Butter," was released on May 21, 2021, at 13:00 Korea Standard Time or 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time. Its label, HYBE, reported previously that the single is sure to melt the hearts of ARMYs. The official music video for the song is still raking in millions of views on YouTube, as well as being on the top in various music charts.
