SHINee Member Key Reacts After Seeing His Own Appearance In The Morning News
After the announcement of their comeback in the K-Pop scene, one member of the popular boy group SHINee recently reacted when he saw his face on the morning news. On April 15, a video segment was aired in MBC's "News Desk," which featured SHINee member Key.
The mentioned segment tackled the increasing prices of green onions this spring season. Upon splashing the picture of Key planting green onion, the show commented, "Even a famous celebrity was seen planting green onions at his home."
Key reacted about the said segment on his official Instagram saying, "Is this for real...?" It was to find out that the footage "News Desk" used in the segment was actually a past episode of the channel's show "I Live Alone" when Key showed the viewers his new home for the first time.
Fans of SHINee (Shawols) also reacted to Key's surprising cameo. Some question to why of all people they had featured a famous person like Key on something like increasing prices of green onions. Some have just brushed this off, thinking that this could be a mistake on the channel's part, or they just want to feature Key in their segment.
SHINee is formed and managed by SM Entertainment in 2008. They are one of the longest-active K-pop groups. The group at present is composed of the following members: Onew, Key, Minho, and Taemin. SHINee was originally a five-member group with its main vocalist Jonghyun, who passed away in 2017. The group has a very loyal fanbase, still considering them as "OT5" regardless if Jonghyun was no longer physically present.
In relation to their comeback, SHINee expressed that the driving force to keep doing what they do best on stage was all because of their fans. They were so happy that they could perform again and were thankful for their loyal fans for believing and waiting for their comeback on stage.
