Jessica Hints At New Solo Album After 2 Years Hiatus
Former Girls' Generation member Jessica has hinted that she will be making a comeback this year and releasing an album after two years of being away from the spotlight.
Jessica has been concentrating on her other projects since going on hiatus, and in her latest YouTube video, the star updated her fans on her daily life and the near future.
In the most recent video, Jessica could be seen driving her car where she shared that she wanted to stay at home and rest, but she forgot that she needed to dye her hair. While talking mindlessly, the singer revealed that she only had one more song left to finish for her newest solo album.
She also clarified that there is no tentative date as to when she will release the said album, but she did explain that she wanted to make a comeback in the K-pop industry.
Jessica also expressed that she would like her comeback to be sooner than it to be later. Fans are hoping that the Girls' Generation favorite would release the album this year. She has been currently busy with her newest business ventures in the past years.
Just in September last year, Jessica opened a new restaurant in Gangnam, which many fans have praised for having great food and ambiance. It was also revealed that the talented songstress has also released her first novel "Shine."
Her book was able to land on New York Times' "Best Seller" List despite the controversies surrounding the project. According to sources, a sequel of the book is already in the making, which apparently will have "Bright" as the title.
Fans are even more excited knowing that Jessica has seen success on her ventures over the past two years and now can't wait for the singer to make a comeback.
