Big Hit Entertainment Breaks Silence On Reported Transfer Of IZ*ONE’s Miyawaki Sakura

Big Hit Entertainment has finally aired a clarification regarding the much talked about transfer of Miyawaki Sakura of IZ*ONE, a South Korean - Japanese girl group composed of 12 members.

Sakura is a Japanese singer and actress who gained more popularity after becoming one of the members of IZ*ONE. However, it was recently revealed that the well-known girl group would officially disband in April. No reason has been provided to the public with regards to the disbandment.

Pinkvilla.com reported that the gorgeous showbiz personality was approached by Big Hit Entertainment following the disbandment announcement. They allegedly talked about signing an exclusive artist contract.

Furthermore, Soompi.com published an article where it was stated that Sakura could possibly join a new girl group of the said agency since all of her activities with IZ*ONE has been concluded already.

In response to the circulating reports on social media, Big Hit Entertainment released a short statement regarding the issue. In the report of Koreaboo.com, the agency neither confirmed nor denied the speculation. It only said that nothing had been decided as of the moment.

Fans from all over the world are now expecting that the agency will keep them updated with the outcome of its negotiation with the beautiful celebrity.

As of the time of writing, Sakura has yet to speak up regarding the transfer rumors. She has been the subject of K-pop news for several days already. Her supporters are also waiting for her statement about the matter.

Before becoming a member of IZ*ONE, Sakura participated in the reality girl group survival show entitled "Produce 48." She placed second in the program.
