Yoon Ji-sung To Be Discharged By December 13

Yoon Ji-sung, a former Wanna One member, will officially be discharged from his military duties on December 13. 

But according to his company LM Entertainment, he is actually on his last vacation at the moment. Because of the new rules in the military due to the coronavirus pandemic, he will no longer have to report to his base and just wait for his official discharge date. The company also thanked the fans who have been waiting for him since he enlisted in May of last year. 

Before he became an active-duty soldier, Ji-sung established himself as a solo artist. He released the album "Dear Diary" in April and the song "Winter, Flower", which was released a few days after his enlistment. While in the military, he also took on a role in the military musical "Return: The Promise of the Day". Other idols like EXO's DO and Xiumin and more also took part in the said musical.

Meanwhile, the reunion that Wannables were hoping for will no longer happen. Fans were anticipating a reunion of the 11 members in performance during MAMA 2020. Ji-sung would not have been able to join as the event is on December 6. But Mnet announced that after talking to the different labels, it would no longer be possible.
