Former BIGBANG member Seungri's case hearing continued this week at a general military court in Yongin. Mr.Kim, who was the former club promoter of Burning Sun came forward with a testimony denying Seungri's involvement in his charges of prostitution mediation.

The prostitution mediation charge is only one of eight charges against the former Kpop idol. Other charges include embezzlement, solicitation of prostitution, and habitual gambling. As per Mr. Kim's testimony, he says that he had never witnessed Seungri having sexual relations with women or illegally filming them. He further went on to say that his instructions regarding the prostitution mediation came from CEO Yoo In Suk and no one else.

His earlier statement during the police investigation included Seungri, but he revised his statement and said that it was Yoo In Suk who have instructions to Mr. Kim to bring a prostitute to the hotel for their Japanese acquaintance.

He went on to say that in their group chat room, Seungri would be slow to respond, given his busy schedule which includes concerts abroad. He says that he has also never heard the former idol speak about his sexual wants and needs.

Meanwhile, a total of 22 witnesses will be heard throughout the trial. This includes CEO Yoo In Suk, Madam A, and Jung Joon Young, all of whom were not able to attend this week's hearing.
