Song Joong Ki Shock: What's Keeping Song Hye Kyo's Ex Busy These Days?
Song Joong Ki appears to be in a happy place right now even after his shocking divorce from Song Hye Kyo in 2019. While the Descendants of the Sun star is keeping a low profile lately, his agency brought good news to his fans recently.
History D&C, recently, relayed Song Joong Ki's message on its official Instagram account. The actor shared some snaps from his recent shoots and confirmed that he has been working for the upcoming Vicenzo series. Song Hye Kyo's former husband even asked fans to take good care of themselves, especially now that days are going colder as the winter approaches.
"I'm currently filming the drama "Vincenzo". It's getting colder these days. Take care not to catch a cold," Song Joong Ki said in his letter. "I wish you have a warm and happy winter days. Thank you...and I love you ^_^ From. JOONG KI," he went on.
For starters, Vicenzo centers on the story of an Italian lawyer who is, also, a member of a mafia. A series of circumstances will force him to go back to South Korea and identify himself as Park Joo Hyung (Song Joong Ki). He will, then, meet a female lawyer named Hong Cha Young (Jeon Yeo Bin), who is likely to become his love interest.
Song Joong Ki's imminent new show is expected to be aired in December 2020 on tvN. To recall, the Arthdal Chronicles actor first sparked speculations about his TV comeback in July when he had a meeting with Vicenzo's director. Reports, then, suggested that he was very likely to accept the offer to become its lead character.
Meanwhile, aside from Vicenzo, fans will, also, be seeing Song Joong Ki in the upcoming movie called Space Sweepers. However, its production and premiere date have been delayed due to the perils caused by the COVID-19 in South Korea.
