Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are legally single now. However, the Mr. & Mrs. Smith stars, who share six children - Vivienne, Maddox, Zahara, Knox, Pax and Shiloh, have yet to reach a settlement. Previous reports suggested that the ex-couple is having a hard time dividing all the assets they gained during their 12-year romance.

In Touch Magazine, in its upcoming November 23, 2020 issue, reported that Brad Pitt paid Angelina Jolie a visit recently to talk to her about their never-ending custody battle. An unnamed source told the publication that the Ad Astra actor pleaded to the Maleficent star to "stop all the madness" for the sake of their kids.

"He's tired of fighting. He's exhausted, their kids hate it, even the lawyers are fatigued," the unidentified source claimed. "He'd love it if he and Angie could come to an agreement before the holidays, this way the holidays won't be a nightmare. He'd wants to have all the kids with him overnight on Christmas. It would mean so much to him, as would permanent joint custody," it went on.

The same tipster added that, though Angelina Jolie did not shut Brad Pitt down, allegedly, did not agree to any of his requests. Despite it being an uphill battle, the Troy actor is still hopeful that his ex-wife would be reasonable and do what is best for their children, especially now that he is sober. Moreover, Brad is confident that he is not the same person who lost his temper during a flight in 2016.

The news came after Attorney Priya Sopori, who is one of Angelina Jolie's lawyers in her custody case, decided to leave the team. It remains unclear as to why the Los Angeles-based former federal prosecutor decided to part ways with Brad Pitt's former ladylove. However, an informant told Daily Mail that Angelina has "fought tooth and nail" just to get what she wants in her divorce and custody battles.

Both Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have yet to comment on these reports. It should be noted that In Touch Magazine is known for creating stories based on the accounts of its undependable sources. So, everything should be taken with a grain of salt until it is proven true and correct.
