Korean actor Park Seo Joon captivates the hearts of K-drama fans for portraying the role of narcissistic executive Lee Young Joon in the hit series What's Wrong With Secretary Kim. He is expected to appear in more K-dramas and movies in the coming months under a newly-formed agency.

This week, the management agency Content Y confirmed that its contract with Park expired in late June. As soon as his contract ended, the former Music Bank host inked a deal with brand new agency Awesome ENT which is founded by his long-time manager, Yang Geun Hwan.

Park and Yang have a long working history. The Kill Me, Heal Me actor started his career under KeyEast Entertainment which Yang used to manage. The 29-year-old actor moved to Content Y in July 2017.

Meanwhile, aside from TV series, Park is also preparing for a new movie. The actor is set to reunite with Midnight Runners director Jason Kim in the movie titled Saja. Park has been cast in the film which is set to start filming this year. Veteran actor Ahn Sung-ki also joined the cast.

Park Seo Joon currently stars in What's Wrong with Secretary Kim with Park Min Young (Kim Mi So) and Lee Tae Hwan (Lee Sung Yeon/Morpheus). Park was praised for his acting in the new tvN show.

Many netizens have watched Park in romance comedy TV series such as Kill Me Heal Me, She Was Pretty, and Fight My Way. However, they said his portrayal as the conceited vice president of a large corporation is epic. Some fans commented that he perfectly depicts the character as if he were born to play Lee Young Joon.

Undeniably, Park Seo Joon is at the peak of his popularity. He recently topped the most buzzworthy actors list which was collated by the Good Data Corporation. Park is at the No. 1 spot, while his on-screen lover Park Min Young is at the second spot. Are You Human Too star Seo Kang Joon, on the other hand, is in third, while another What's Wrong with Secretary Kim star, Lee Tae Hwan, is at No. 4.

With Park Seo Joon's fame and a friend managing his career, the actor is expected to receive more TV and movie offers. For now, Park Seo Joon's fans can enjoy What's Wrong with Secretary Kim which airs on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 p.m KST.
