‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers For May 9-11: Fans React To Jack’s Paternity Twist But Writer Says Story Far From Over
The Abbotts' lives will continue to be in turmoil this week due to that shocking revelation regarding Jack's paternity, according to the latest The Young and the Restless spoilers. The unexpected twist had some fans fuming, but a Y&R writer suggests that fans should wait for how the full story will unfold. Does this mean that there is another twist at the end?
Jack Abbott's Downward Spiral
Jack Abbott will have to face some tough times up ahead according to The Young and the Restless spoilers by the Inquisitr. While the entire Abbott family has been greatly affected by the latest issues surrounding Jack's paternity, the most affected of them all will be Jack himself.
In fact, The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Jack may just spiral out of control due to all the pressure he is currently facing. Initially, an angry Jack will place the blame on Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) for deliberately putting on film Dina's secret. However, Cane (Daniel Goddard) will step up to defend his son against accusations of his involvement.
Jack will begin to suspect that Victor might have something to do with the whole thing after Jack notices him crashing his party. This will put the two business titans on a collision course but, with Jack's son Kyle siding with Victor, things are not looking good for Jack at the moment.
Fans React But Y&R Writer Says Story Far From Over
Y&R fans were not too happy with the latest twist regarding Jack's paternity. In fact, many threatened to boycott the show if the storyline is not fixed. But there seems to be some hope that perhaps there could be a welcome twist somewhere down the line when a Young and Restless writer suggested that fans should try to be patient and wait how this story unfolds until the very end.
"This story is far, far from over," Y&R head writer and executive producer Mal Young explained. "There's a lot more twists and turns to come I can assure everyone, so I wouldn't say, 'Make your decisions now based on what we're seeing'..."
Young seems to be hinting that what Y&R fans think—that Jack may not be John Abbott's son—may not be true at all. Does this mean that Jack is an Abbott after all?
