Suzy Bae To Be With Park Bo-Gum On May 3 For Something Big
Fans of actress Suzy Bae and actor Park Bo-Gum might get excited this coming May 3 for the two, as they will be together during that day. Albeit, the two will not be on a date, unfortunately, and Suzy Bae's got Lee Dong-wook already anyway.
Rather, the two will be joining each other along with comedian Shin Dong-Yup for the 54th Baeksang Arts Awards. The three South Korean celebrities will be hosting the awards ceremony for film and television for this year. For Shin Dong-Yup, this will be a regular year since he has hosted the previous 50th, 51st, and 52nd Baeksang Awards, meaning the 54th for him will be a breeze.
Suzy Bae is also no stranger to being an MC at Baeksang as she has been hosting it for the past two years, meaning she's had plenty of experience with for the job.
Meanwhile, for Park Bo-Gum, this will be his first as an MC for the prestigious awards ceremony. Shin Dong-Yup will be joining an assisting them, however, meaning it will not be too difficult or awkward since they have an MC veteran to help them with proceedings. Basically, everything is now set and ready for the ceremony which will take place tomorrow, Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. KST at Coex's D Hall in Seoul, South Korea.
Those interested in who or what gets which awards will be delighted since a lot of strong contenders are competing for the accolades. For television, dramas Fight My Way and Secret Forest are showing promising signs of winning, and it remains to be seen which one will bag the award since both are up for four in different categories.
Meanwhile, for film, it seems that the Anarchist from Colony will be bagging a lot leaving its competition behind with four nominations. The closest to it is A Taxi Driver and Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds with three nominations each.
As for the actors and actresses awards and nominations, the competition remains tight with a lot of big names on the list including Kim Sang-Joong, Park Seo-Joon, Jang Hyuk, Cho Seung-Woo, and Chun Ho-Jin for actors and Kim Nam-Joo, Kim Sun-Ah, Kim Hee-Sun, Shin Hye-Sun and Lee Bo-Young for actresses. Thankfully, Suzy Bae and Park bo-Gum seem to be up for the job and will make things fun while waiting for who and what won.
