K-pop idol Sandara Park will lead a new celebrity makeup show, titled Mimi Shop, for Korean network JTBC. The reality show will focus on a makeup shop wherein the celebrity MCs will act as makeup artists.

Other than Sandara, the show also casts Tony Ahn, rapper Cheetah, actress Shin So Yul, and model Kim Jin Kyung. They will give a makeover to its guests while talking about K-beauty, life, love, dating, and more. The chat is perfect for getting the natural K-beauty look which really takes time to achieve.

Meanwhile, the makeup show will take place in an actual brick-and-mortar store in the Seogyu neighborhood. JTBC4 had also invited those who have stories to tell and want to participate in Mimi Stop's makeover. For more details about how to participate, check out JTBC4's Facebook post here. Mimi Shop is set to premiere on April 25 at 8:30 p.m. KST on JTBC4. Watch the teaser below.

Sandara Park on Makeup and Doing A Makeover

If Korean rapper Cheetah surprised everyone in production as she showed off her skills in makeup application, Dara is a different story. The former 2NE1 singer admitted that she is a bit clumsy in tasks that require hands' precision works. "I've been an MC for a beauty program before, but I'm bad at doing things with my hands," Dara said about her new role.

The 33-year-old K-pop star, however, is not new to makeup and makeovers. In 2017, she hosted OnStyle channel's Get It Beauty, wherein she also showed her makeup routine and shared some makeup tips.

Sandara has also endorsed several makeup brands. She worked with cosmetic company Etude House in 2010. Three years later, she moved to Clio and became the new makeup model for the brand. In 2016, Park and BIGBANG member G-Dragon were chosen as new models for the cosmetic brand Moonshot. Days after launching the products that were named after the K-pop idols, the product was sold out and required urgent restocking.

Sandara, dubbed as a "baby face," is considered as one of the icons of modern-day K-beauty. Some of the most iconic and memorable styles in the Korean Industry are under her name. Dara's signature tail lilt eye make-up, for instance, never goes out of style.
