Melissa McCarthy’s weight loss has most certainly inspired many, especially those who are struggling with their weight. Despite her new body transformation, the Gilmore Girls star has never lost her comedic act. Now, the funny actress is more confident than ever after a successful career and reportedly dropping a whopping 75 pounds.

Although the 47-year-old actress had already expanded her brand, she is certainly not showing any signs of slowing down in the movie industry. In fact, Melissa McCarthy now stars in an upcoming comedy film Life of the Party, directed and written by her husband Ben Falcone and is set for release on May 11, 2018.

Before the film finally hits theaters, Life of the Party released two trailers, and they revealed not only the fun story of the movie but also Melissa McCarthy’s weight loss. In fact, the Ghostbusters actress’ body transformation has garnered so much attention that it almost overshadowed the whole film.

Melissa McCarthy took to Instagram to share the second trailer for Life of the Party. The funny clip then showed off more than just the exciting scenes from the film. Her slimmer face was so obvious in the video, reminding everyone how much weight she has already lost.

It has been previously reported that Melissa McCarthy’s weight loss is a result of her hard work and dedication. The star may have finally realized that she’s not getting younger and her health matters a lot more than binging on her favorite unhealthy snacks.

The Life of the Party actress was so ready to finally get her life back on track that she did not only change her eating habits, but she had a complete lifestyle overhaul. And by the looks of it, she is now enjoying the result of her struggles.

There is no secret to achieving Melissa McCarthy’s weight loss. The actress simply did what was expected of someone who wants to shed off pounds—eat healthily and exercise regularly. What made her weight loss successful is that she looked for a program that worked for her and she stuck to it.

Melissa McCarthy has been on the heavier side most of her life. So when she lost an impressive amount of weight, people have started to realize that it is possible for them to lose a couple of pounds as well.
