Korean Actor Yoon Kye-Sang Found Liable For Illegally Modifying Car
Korean actor Yoon Kye-sang was found guilty on the charge of illegally tuning a vehicle. He has been required by the court to pay a fine for violating the vehicle management law by modifying his vehicle illegally.
On Tuesday, the Seoul Central District Court had decided on Yoon Kye-sang's case and imposed a fine on the actor for tuning his car. According to the court, a prosecutor sought a fine of 500,000 SKW (about $466) from The Outlaws actor for violating vehicle management laws in October 2017.
The K-pop boy band g.o.d. member was reportedly driving a vehicle in Seoul's Seocho District last year when he was photographed by a member of the paparazzi. The car was later found out to be illegally fitted with wide tires, AllKPopreported.
This is not the first for the actor of the South Korean version of The Good Wife to be involved in a real-life court case. In December 2017, he filed a case against a netizen who allegedly falsely accused him of tax evasion. Yoon's agency Saram Entertainment said the legal action is for the defamation of their talent's character as the netizen continuously made social media posts accusing the actor of tax evasion.
Apparently, the netizen in question has been posting on social media with the hashtag #YoonKyeSangTaxEvasion since November 2016. The person had also shared photos of a one-man demonstration in Gwanghwamun in Seoul against Yoon Kye-sang. Saram Entertainment had claimed that the tax evasion accusation against Yoon is completely false.

Meanwhile, Yoon Kye-sang is set to appear in the upcoming Korean movie Golden Slumber along with Gang Dong-won. The film will hit theaters on March 22.
