K-Pop Group BTS Perform 'Mic Drop' On 'The Ellen Show'
Breakout K-pop stars BTS made their United States daytime TV debut on Monday, performing their trap-infused single "Mic Drop" on Ellen. During the performance, which was pre-filmed on November 21st, the South Korean septet swapped vocals, rapped verses and intricately choreographed moves on a stark stage illuminated by flashing lights.
The BTS band has premiered the Steve Aoki remix of 'MIC Drop' that also features 'Panda' rapper Desiigner - last week with an insane visual that displaying their awesome dancing ability with a killer performance, and they are even more impressive, according to MTV. BTS group members RM, Jin, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook proved themselves a force to be reckoned with as they showcased the unstoppable performance, singing studio-perfect vocals while dancing ferociously.
Although generally separated by an ocean, some of BTS' ARMY got up close and personal with the boy band during their trip to the United States previous this month. Here to perform at the AMAs, the septet hit up quite a few television shows and American fans of the actors were able to see the BTS' in a variety of close settings, as reported by Billboard.
BTS fans have spoken directly to a camera about their relationship with the K-pop superstars, with one fan saying she'd followed them since their debut in 2013. "I love them so much," she said as sliding door panels opened to reveal BTS.
The BTS' latest 'MIC Drop' remix is all set to be their first international smash hit thanks to Aoki's production makeover and the addition of an English verse, pre-chorus, and chorus into the K-Pop mix. Through their remix collaboration, Steve Aoki sent their energetic hip-hop track "Mic Drop" to the next level. We cannot get enough of it and can't wait to see more of what BTS can do after this live spectacle!
