BTS Meets James Corden: Thrilling and Proud Moments Captured in The Late Late Show
After hitting their 10 million followers mark on Twitter, the rising South Korean Boy Band BTS is spreading their charm in American Television. The boys were headed to Los Angeles on November 14 to be featured on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" on Tuesday.
The tickets for the taping of the episode where BTS will be featured as a musical guest sold out immediately upon the news of the idol group's performance, according to Billboard.
After the taping, BTS shared their positive experience on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" to Bang PD. The proud Bang Si Hyuk revealed screenshots of the group chat with producer Pdogg and the BTS Members.
One of the boys acknowledged James Corden as a warm person while Jimin felt the warm welcome of their fans. J-Hope shared that James Corden loved their performance and more than half of the audience are their fans. The boys also had fun with the games.
"The Late Late Show with James Corden" is not the only show who'll accept the Bangtan Boys this month, the band will also perform at the "American Music Awards" where they will be showcasing their hit single, "DNA," on November 19. Moreover, they will also be featured on "The Ellen Degeneres Show" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," reported by Inquirer.
The promising boy band continues to gratify their fans by moving upward and hitting international music and entertainment rankings. Reported by Billboard, in an exchange with Forbes, a representative from the band commented, "It is such an honor for BTS and BigHit Entertainment to be invited to the American Music Awards as one of the performers."
In addition, the band representative revealed that their partners in the United States have helped the band pave the way in making it to Stateside. Fans of BTS from all over the world, ARMY, is now expecting the first-ever U.S. live TV performance of "DNA" and appearances of the boy band in different late night shows.
