This Trending BTS 'DNA' Calculator Cover Will Blow You Away
Many fans have been raving about one of the latest songs of BTS. Titled as "DNA", the song has the most views in 24 hours for a K-Pop group, has been played on over 170 radio stations across the United States and Canada, and has landed the No.1 spot on the Top Songs chart on iTunes in 29 regions. Now, the song has once again caught the attention of the public when a calculator cover of it becomes viral online.
On October 19, YouTube channel Big Marvel posted a video of a person doing the amazing "DNA" calculator cover. The clip only shows the hands of an unknown person doing the incredible act and it already garnered over 1 million views and over 100 thousand likes as of writing. At first, it seems impossible to do it, but the video will really blow you away. You can watch it below.
This is not the first time that a "DNA" cover trended on social media. According to Soompi, The East Light performed a band cover of the BTS song and uploaded their own version through Facebook. The group was able to bring a different vibe as they flawlessly sang the song, resulting in K-Pop fans' positive reactions to the cover.
Meanwhile, Billboard says that BTS recently achieved the first-ever top 10 for a K-Pop act on the Billboard 200 albums chart, as "Love Yourself: Her" bagged the No.7 spot, earning 31,000 equivalent album units until September 21. Also, the seven-member boy group earned their first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart because "DNA" debuted at No.85, which came from the 5.3 million first-week U.S. streams and 14,000 downloads sold.
Furthermore, BTS is the second K-Pop act to chart a Korean-language song on the Hot 100, after South Korean rapper/singer PSY, whose hit song "Gangnam Style" stayed at No.2 for seven weeks in 2012.
