‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 14 Rumored to Feature a Meredith-Sandra Reunion Soon
Fans are just a couple of weeks into the new season of Grey's Anatomy and are still trying to figure out the show's biggest storylines. Despite that, spoilers and rumors about the American medical drama television series have scattered everywhere, particularly on social media.
According to People's Choice, "Grey's Anatomy" has always been about Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and her life, family, friends, and career, and clearly, the current season is no different. However, what's exciting to fans is the rumored familiar face who is set to return to the show as Meredith's patient. If that person from Dr. Grey's past is a familiar character, then viewers have a lot of thoughts on who could it be. The majority are hoping for a Meredith and Sandra Oh (Cristina Yang) reunion. They would like to see the two best friends again for they have been separated for a long period of time.
Another guess is the fan-favorite Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh), who has appeared in and out of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital on different occasions. She is known to be related to many doctors at the hospital, but she is linked more to Meredith by fans.
Meanwhile, PopSugar said that "Grey's Anatomy" is setting up a dangerous situation for Jo and Alex. You might recall in season 13 that Alex actually tracks down Jo's husband, Paul (portrayed by Matthew Morrison). Alex imagines himself bashing Paul's brans in, but in the end, he just decides to introduce himself and engage in a little small talk. He even admits what he had thought of to Jo. Now, in season 14, Jo tells Ben about Paul and even seeks the help of Meredith to remove her name from a possibly life-changing medical paper out of fear that her husband might locate her. This proves that Jo is more haunted than ever by her past, which also implies that something bad might happen to her in the upcoming episodes.
