'The Return of Superman' To Guest Familiar Faces in Celebration of Show’s 4th Anniversary

Fans of "The Return of Superman" will get to see some familiar faces in celebration of the show's fourth anniversary. On October 16, the program's team said that Choo Sung Hoon and daughter Sarang, and Lee Dong Wook will be making an appearance on the show.

According to Soompi, a representative shared that Choo Sung Hoon and Sarang joined Go Ji Yong, Lee Hwi Jae, Sam Hammington, Ki Tae Young, and all of their children on a trip to Seoul Land on October 14. Choo Sung Hoon and Sarang first appeared in the opening episode of the show and were well-loved throughout their stay.

On the other hand, Lee Dong Wook visited Lee Dong Gook and his children on October 16. The "Goblin" actor first met the kids last year and has maintained his communication with them. This scene is a highly-anticipated one by fans since they have been requesting a reunion between Lee Dong Wook and the kids for a long time.

Meanwhile, a lot of Korean idols and artists have dropped by in one of the episodes of "The Return of Superman". This includes SHINee's Minho who spent time with baby Daebak's family last March of this year. The wife of professional soccer player Lee Dong Wook uploaded numerous photos of Minho and her kids on Instagram. Minho reportedly hanged out with Daebak and the twin sisters, giving them kisses, hugs, autographs, and more.

In June, actor Park Gun Hyung and his adorable son Lee Jun made a special appearance in a specific episode with Sam Hammington's family. According to All K-Pop, the actor said, "Since I've been working on productions nonstop, I wasn't able to be there while my son grew up. Even for a little while, I wanted to know what it felt like to spend time with my son Lee Jun, just the two of us, through this program."

More currently, the Wanna One members were spotted playing with "The Return of Superman" kids in July. Kang Daniel, Ong Seong Woo, Park Jihoon, and Yoon Jisung became uncles for a day to Seola, Sua, and Daebak.
