News that boy band Seventeen's full comeback has been set for October got the attention of the group's label, Pledis Entertainment. The company confirmed that Seventeen will soon have a comeback with the complete membership, but the date of the comeback has not yet been decided.

It will take place in either late October or the first week of November, said a Pledis representative. Seventeen will be dropping a new album when it happens.

Billboard notes that Seventeen's leaders together released a brand-new track called "Change Up" in the form of a music video (watch it below). The subunits members S.Coups, Hoshi and Woozi also appeared on a V Live chat to discuss the MV with their fans.

Soompi reports that the fans wanted to know whether the MV-only song would be released as a digital single. Woozi responded to the fan request with a mystifying answer. "There's a deep meaning to everything we do," he said.

The leaders offered up a few clues during the V Live session. One key thing to note is that "Change Up" kicks off a series of several releases by Seventeen's various units. Popcrush notes that Pledis has posted the schedule of the unit releases on Twitter:

The teaser also promises an upcoming album, but no date is given. As for the units, the hip-hop team will be dropping a track on October 2. The performance unit will have something out on October 9. Finally, the vocal team will debut a song on October 16.

These three releases are all labeled "Before Al1" in the teaser. During the V Live session, the leaders said that these new tracks are actually meant to somehow come before the tracks of their "Al1" album that was released in May. The tracks fall under "Chapter 0.5" of the 2017 Seventeen Project.
