Apparently, the runaway hit teen drama "13 Reasons Why" still has a lot of surprises up its sleeve. In a new interview, actor Tommy Dorfman talks about the next installment of the controversial series and how the atmosphere on set has changed since the record-breaking success of the first season.

In Season 1, viewers have heard Hannah Baker's (Katherine Langford) story from all 13 tapes, but it looks like Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) still has a lot of secrets to uncover in Season 2. Filming for the next installment of the adaptation of Jay Asher's novels are already underway and Dorfman, who plays the role of Ryan Shaver, warns fans to expect the unexpected.

"I'm excited about what we're working on, there are more unexpected things," he revealed on the story for Foxes Magazine (via Just Jared). "It's been really great to share this with the cast, it's a terrifying and exciting experience and we are all learning and growing together, constantly communicating."

He did not divulge any more details about what "13 Reasons Why" Season 2 will be about, but he addressed how things have changed on the set of the teen drama after its successful first season run. He admitted that there is added pressure to do better and, now that all eyes are on them, they have to be responsible in how they act in public.

Dorfman and his co-stars are now role models to their fans, and he personally is taking this seriously. He wants to remain true to himself (i.e. not let the new celebrity status get into his head).

"13 Reasons Why" Season 2 is expected to address the aftermath of Hannah's revelation including her rape, Jessica's (Alisha Boe) rape and the rampant bullying in Liberty High. In a previous interview with EW, showrunner Ben Yorkey promised to continue telling the stories of these teenagers honestly and truthfully, even if they are painful at times.

All episodes of "13 Reasons Why" Season 2 are expected to drop online in 2018. Meanwhile, the first season of the controversial teen drama is still streaming exclusively on Netflix.
