"Suits" Season 7, Episode 3 Synopsis: Harvey and Louis deal with the firm's new dynamics. Meanwhile, Mike bags a new business after tasting success in a recent case. Rachel's leadership is under threat after insubordinate associated challenges her. It will be interesting to see how Rachel deals with this associate who is giving her a hard time.

Showrunner Aaron Korsh spoke with The Hollywood Reporter about Rachel and Mike's wedding. According to Korsh, for Rachel and Mike, the issue is planning the wedding as it takes a lot of energy and time. Moreover, he is starting his career all over again as a legit lawyer, while she has just started in the firm.

"Part of the issue for them is they have to get back to planning this wedding. We tackle that early on. Planning a wedding takes a lot of time and energy. At the same time, she's just starting out her career as a lawyer and Mike is starting his career as a legitimate lawyer and that takes a lot of time and energy. The sort of pull of those two different things, they're going to talk about that and deal with that in the course of the first half of the season," Korsh stated.
