AMD Radeon RX Vega Mid-Range Graphics Cards: Launch In 2018

AMD Radeon RX Vega is one of the most anticipated GPU of this year. Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is soon going to release its high-end variant of Vega in the market before introducing the mid-range ones. 

AMD assured that their Radeon RX Vega graphics cards will be launched through SIGGRAPH (Special Interest Group on Computer GRAPHics and Interactive Techniques) 2017, a conference that is slated to take place in Los Angeles. The dates of the conference are July 30 to August 3rd. The new GPUs are expected to hit the market in late 2017 or early 2018 reports hothardware. AMD Radeon Technologies Group's chief architect Raja Koduri informed that the gaming  Radeon RX Vega GPUs will be cheaper and faster.

For the gamers, it is advisable to wait for the mid-range Vega Graphics card which will be targeted for the consumers and are optimized for playing PC games. The estimated pricing suggests that the mid-range RX Vega Eclipse will have a $499, RX Vega Core will cost $399. While the RX 500-series GPUs which is targeted towards the mainstream market that usually falls below $250.

The year 2016 was particularly good for AMD. The company's stock ran approximately 16.7 percent in a year's time. The AMD stocks skyrocketed towards the end of 2016, most of the credit was given to Apple. The Cupertino tech-giant ended up integrating AMD chips into their iMac Pro devices, thereby giving the former a decent boost. Moreover, the hype created around AMD's gaming chips also ended up bringing much success to its graphic cards. It remains to be seen exactly what will take place in the future. While AMD has a lot of products lined up for launches in the immediate future, so does NVIDIA.
