Park Hae Jin, Sandara Park To End Filming ‘Cheese In The Trap’ Soon
After playing the role of Yoo Jung in the drama series "Cheese in the Trap" based on the webtoon of the same name, Park Hae Jin is reprising the role in the film adaptation. The filming of the movie version will wrap up on June 22, Thursday.
Directed by Kim Je Yeong, the film also stars Oh Yeon Seo as Hong Seol, whose best friend Jang Bo Ra is played by Sandara Park. Sandara's character was originally played by Park Min Ji.
Also in the cast are Park Gi Woong, Yoo In Young, Kim Hyun Jin, Oh Jong Hyuk, Moon Ji Yoon and Na Hye Mi. Their respective roles are Baek In Ho, Baek In Ha, Kwon Eun Taek, Oh Young Gon, Sang Chul and Da Young.
There is still no announcement on the official release date of the "Cheese in the Trap" film. Hae Jin will be the last actor to finish his scenes, a representative of the film said in a statement obtained by Soompi.
After the series, the next TV role played by Hae Jin was an elite black ops agent on "Man to Man." The last episode of the JTBC series aired on June 10.
Recently, Hae Jin shared his thoughts about his projects and other details of his personal life in an interview with Ilgan Sports, as cited by Korea JoongAng Daily. The teamwork played a big part in "Man to Man" and he was happy that he could actively participate in the JTBC series, he said.
The film marks the first time Hae Jin and Sandara co-star in a movie. The latter recently starred in "One Step," a musical drama film inspired by "Begin Again" starring Adam Levine, Mark Ruffalo, Keira Knightley and Hailee Steinfeld.
On the small screen, the last project of the former K-Pop girl group 2NE1 member was "One More Happy Ending." Among her co-stars were Jang Na Ra, Jung Kyung Ho, Seo In Young, Kwon Se In, Yoo Da In, Yoo In Na and Kim Tae Hoon.
