‘The Winds of Winter’ Release Date, News & Update: George RR Martin Publishing Book Soon? ‘GoT’ Author Only Gives Major ‘TWOW’ Updates
Millions of fans are now excited for the upcoming release of "The Winds of Winter" book despite the fact that it has been delayed for countless times already. Now, new reports are claiming that George RR Martin could publish the book anytime soon.
Blasting News reported that George RR Martin is currently working on "The Winds of Winter" novel amid rumors claiming that he had stopped working on the book already. According to the news outlet, the 68-year-old New Mexican author has confirmed via his blog that he is not writing any other tome unless he is done with the sixth "A Song of Ice and Fire" book.
As a matter of fact, George RR Martin has also explained the main reason why he is not really interested in giving fans updates about "The Winds of Winter" book. "I do post about Ice & Fire and GAME OF THRONES whenever there is actual news to report. Do you really want or need weekly WoW posts all saying, "Still working on it, not done yet?" the brain behind the "Game of Thrones" series divulged.
George RR Martin added that he wants to make informative and relevant updates on the developments of the up and coming "The Winds of Winter" book. According to the veteran author, he is the type who does not post minor progresses in a day to day basis.
Meanwhile, Poor Primadonna has previously claimed that "The Winds of Winter" may not be published on the expected timeline. George RR Martin has recently launched the StageCoach Foundation, which aims to help hone the skills of young talents from the writer's hometown in Sta. Fe, New Mexico.
Aside from that, George RR Martin has also revealed that he is currently working on the five scripts of the imminent "Game of Thrones" spinoffs. According to "The Winds of Winter" author, he hired five writers to help him get things done as he has a lot of things to do at the moment.
