Intel Core X VS AMD Ryzen Threadripper

Intel has announced the latest 18 Core and 32 threads chip which are expected to release this year. The company has announced the price at Computex and the chip will cost exclusively for $1699. AMD even announced 16 Core Threadreipper which would cost at just $849.

After the announcement of AMD Ryzen Threadripper, Intel's facing a series concern for its price and performance. AMD Rzyen is offering better pricing and performance when compared to Intel Core X. It can be expected that AMD will gain a huge share of PC market in near future.

Recently, Intel has unveiled the price of its 18 Core and 32 threads Core X CPUs. At the Computex, Intel has announced that the chip will be available at $1699. On the other note, AMD is yet to declare the price of Ryzen Threadripper. But the tech enthusiastic has predicted that the upcoming chip will be available at $849.

When it comes to price, AMD Rzyen Threadripper has defeated Intel Core X by offering 16 Core and 32 Threads at just half of the price of 18 Core and 32 threads. AMD Ryzen has potentials to create its place at the PC market. AMD Ryzen and Polaris GPU will find its way on Dell desktops. HP Inc, Acer, ASUS are also expected to build PC solutions that are powered by AMD chips.

The demands of computers powered by the Zen core will also grow. Although PC sales have lagged for years, Zen brings back high-performance on the x86 architecture. AMD Ryzen's performance is 52% higher than IPC. AMD has adopted low-powered design methodologies, low latency and high bandwidth for its Ryzen Threadripper which is creating a serious threat for Intel Core X.

Intel hastily responds to AMD Ryzen Threadripper which is embarrassing. The company is forcing consumers to use a new motherboard. This may lift up the company's profit but the move will risk pushing consumers to buy AMD instead of Intel Core X.
