Xiaomi Mi Note 3 Might Release In June, Xiaomi Copies Samsung; Replicates Design In Mi Note 3
The year 2017 is filled with major flagship smartphone launches. Global tech giants such as OnePlus, Apple and Samsung have already prepared this year's launches with the best of what they have to offer. Another big player Xiaomi is also among the top in the league. The Chinese company is expected to take the wraps off its Xiaomi Mi Note 3 - the successor to last year's Xiaomi Mi Note 2 sometime this month. With the launch date merely a few days away, it is natural for leaks regarding the upcoming smartphone's specs to emerge online.
According to an online report published recently, new rounds of leaks are taking the rounds on the internet. On the basis of the information provided through these leaks, it can be assumed that the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is expected to pack a 5.7-inch display with Super AMOLED curved screen. If this turns out to be true, then the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 stands in direct competition with Samsung's recently launched Galaxy S8 smartphone.
It is interesting to note that Xiaomi hasn't put in a lot of effort in replicating the Samsung Galaxy S8 as such as it appears from the leaks that the Mi Note 3 seems to have ditched the idea of embedding an Infinity Display in the upcoming smartphones. Instead of the former, Xiaomi appears to have settled on a classic design that will mirror the design language Samsung had introduced with its Galaxy S7, S7 Plus smartphones in 2016.
Moreover, it makes sense for Xiaomi to ditch the idea of using an all-screen display as this greatly reduces the manufacturing cost thereby reducing the overall price of the upcoming smartphone. Xiaomi hasn't provided the users with any exact dates as yet; however, if rumors turn out to be true then Mi Note 3 is coming to the market by the end of June.
